Cleaning is done before each arrival. Room cleaning is provided every day. By booking a stay in our establishment, the customer agrees and is conscious the managers have the right to evict any guest, without prior notice, causing excessive disruption, excessive noise and causing damage to the building and\/or its surroundings without prior notice. By booking a stay in our establishment, the customer agrees and is conscious the managers have the right to evict, without prior notice and\/or refund, any guests who\u2019s animal is not behaving or following according to our standards, causing excessive disruption, causing damage to the building and\/or its surroundings. No animal shall be left without supervision at any given time in the building or its surroundings. The customer agrees and is conscious that our establishment is in its totality a non-smoking building. The managers have the right to evict any guest smoking or vaping in any studio, suite, condo or common area of Maison Kent without prior notice and\/or refund. Smoking is prohibited within 9 meters of the building according to Quebec\u2019s Law. A 250$ fine will be charged. Any missing item from the studio, suite, condo or common space after departure will be charged to the guests without prior notice. Any broken item by the guests during their stay shall remain in the room or be handed to the managers or cleaning staff as soon as possible. (i.e. towels, robes, glasses, pieces of furniture, etc.) No refund will be possible in case of eviction. For security mesure, Maison Kent will levy a $225 deposit that will be refund if no theft, break or any other offense are reported.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Cancellation policies<\/h2>\n<p>For a full refund of accommodation fees, guests must cancel their reservation at least 14 full days prior to the stay. The cancellation must be done following Maison Kent\u2019s local check-in time on the day of arrival. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, guests must cancel their reservation at least 7 full days prior to the stay. The cancellation must be done following Maison Kent\u2019s local check-in time. Past this moment, no refund will be possible. If guests chooses to cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in time or chooses to leave early or later after check-in, the stay and\/or nights not spent will not be refunded.
